Hydrovest Sdn Bhd (formerly known as PWM (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd) was incorporated on 5th May 1999. The company was formed as a result of the MOA between KDEB and Taliworks Corporation Berhad.
Main activities of Hydrovest are provision of management, technical and financial advisory services pertaining to water, infrastructure and utility industry .
During the financial year 2003, Hydrovest acquired Aqua-Flo Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Bintang Baku Sdn Bhd) which is involved in trading of chemicals and equipment and provision of technical services in the water, waste and sewage treatment industries.
Together with the Group, Hydrovest is exploring business opportunities within the oil and gas sector, wastewater, biotechnology industry and other new industries which have synergies to KDEB’s business model. Hydrovest will also continue to source upstream and downstream opportunities within the water and sewerage sector.
